PIK-93
PIK-93 is an inhibitor of PI3K that exhibits some selectivity for p110α and p110γ. PIK-93 also inhibits PI4KIIIβ, a phosphatidylinositol enzyme similar to PI3K. PIK-93 decreases translocation of transient receptor potential canonical 6 channel (TRPC6) to the plasma membrane in vitro and may alter Ca2+ signaling as a result.
