NSI-189
NSI-189 increases hippocampal volume and stimulates neurogenesis of hippocampal stem cells in vivo and in vitro. This compound may improve consolidation of information from short-term to long-term memory. In clinical settings, NSI-189 displays neuromodulatory and antidepressant activities, improving behavior and mood regulation in subjects with depression.
