Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Biotinylated Human Integrin alpha V beta 8 (ITGAV&ITGB8) Heterodimer protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 114 kDa (ITGAV)&76 kDa (ITGB8) kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 85-145 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
