The recombinant Human CD27 Ligand/CD70 Protein, (amino acids Gln39-Pro193) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Human CD27 Ligand/CD70 protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 42.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human CD27 protein with the N-hFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human CD27 Ligand protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 14.2 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
