Molecular Weight :
The recombinant Biotinylated Human TRAIL R4/TNFRSF10D protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 19.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-50 kDa based on Bis-Tris PAGE result.
Activity:
Immobilized recombinant Human TRAIL protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Human TRAIL R4 protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 0.14 ug/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
