AG-1024
AG-1024 is a tyrphostin that inhibits IGF-1R, exhibiting anticancer chemotherapeutic activity. In hepatocellular carcinoma cells and breast cancer cells, AG-1024 increases levels of cytochrome C, decreases activation of ERK, and inhibits invasion and proliferation.
